Spellbinders Tags

Hello Fellow bloggers,

Happy Monday!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I know the weather here in B.C was very nice and warm.

Today I have a card for you using Spellbinders Fancy Tags 3. I used the Japanese Kimono sticker and placed it on double sided sticky tape. I then covered the whole thing in glitter and varnished it with my fingers. Using my Copic markers I then shaded the colours and fussy cut around the image.

I made the background using my distress inks and blending tool.

Hope you liked my card!
Thanks for joining me today!

You are my reason why...

Hello and happy Wednesday everyone.

Today I want to share with you a card I made for my sweetie for our 5 year anniversary. Just shortly before our anniversary he proposed to me! eekkkk! How exciting. We have planned our wedding to be in September 21st, 2013. The first day of fall!

I created this card using the Lawn Fawn Chevron background stamp and repeatedly stamped the largest chevron with Hero Arts Shadow Ink - pool. I used a Technique Tuesday stamp and then cut it out using a Spellbinder Fancy Tags Two. I then added a Martha Stewart brown bakers twine, and used her Heart Confetti   punch and scattered the hearts.

Thanks for joining me again today! Keep it classy and keep stamping!

Back to Basic

Sorry I haven't posted.. in what.... almost 7 months. It's not that I'm ignoring you, honestly. I just really dislike updating and writing (I'm not much of a writer). I'd rather play with my new toys anyway. But I promise I will get better. There are a ton of new toys and techniques I want to share with you.

So I received a bunch of new toys from Simon Stamps. I received the Hero Arts Shadow Ink in Mid-Tone set AND Lawn Fawn stamps. I just recently fell in L-O-V-E with Lawn fawn stamps.

Don't my goodies look fantastic? Below is a sample of my colouring with Copic Markers from the Critters Ever After stamp set. I just love how you can mix and match sentiments with the stamps and create a wonderful scenery.

Thanks for stopping by today.
Hope your staying classy and still stamping!

xoxo
